Aleshani is a proud born and raised Bay Area local. Growing up homeschooled, he had a unique opportunity to try various extracurriculars, but truly gravitated towards Ballet and choir. At 13, she tried Musical Theatre for the first time and never looked back! While she is most experienced in and loves musicals, she is also a vibrant straight-play actor. At UC Berkeley, she had the opportunity to study a wide breadth of acting styles and genres. There she developed a strong pension for the Classics, specifically Ancient Greek works. His acting-centric time at UC Berkeley unlocked a drive to do more plays and films. While exploring the wide variety the acting world has to offer, she‘s become even more motivated to increase the specificity and intentionality in her craft.

In performance, she is a willful, focused, and grounded dramatic actor. Her “niche” in MT has been described as a “heartbreaking Ingenue.” She is exceptional at playing characters experiencing a world stopping crisis. Comedically, she has sharp timing and a knack for both extra dry and outrageous physical comedy.
